How We Operate
We accommodate many customers due to our project-focused nature. We generally have
smaller customers with offices in US, (potentially abroad), but some larger, enterprise work too. What we look for is solving a problem with realizable results in the areas of technology and strategy.
The most important thing is clarity – ‘how can we help you?’ We think every problem has a solution, and problems without solutions are constraints. So we look for problems, not constraints.
After that we have a 25-point questionnaire we use to assess viability. The goal is to understand the caveats and nuances of the project and ensure our skills align. We share this document later with our customers as a way to help them explain, see and clarify their work too.
Finally, after beginning work, we have an opt out period – duration depends on length of project – where we assess project fit and results early on to decide if this is still a good fit. If so, we continue, if not, we close up and the customer is no worse off.
We price individually on projects and usually for results. Sometimes it’s per hour but generally it’s for a specific result your business wants to accomplish. The initial opt out timeframe is established upfront and that costs are covered upfront and at a discounted rate. We want to incentivize feedback and cooperation.
